The Oaks physiotherapy clinic runs on Mondays and is run by the physiotherapist.

 

Criteria for referral to the clinic include patients with diagnosis of cancer or life limiting disease (MS, Parkinson's, MND, Huntingdon's, COPD) who are:

Patients are referred by Community Macmillan nurses, GPs, hospital consultants, physiotherapists, district nurses and by self-referral.
