Did you know that 16th January is World Religion Day?
Published: 05/01/2022 12:01In order to mark this important date in the equalities calendar, the Staff Equalities Network is keen to understand colleagues' experiences of being able to exercise their rights to observe the dates important to them and identify ways that the organisation can better meet their religious and spiritual needs of our diverse workforce.
On 18th January 2022, we will be running two special small group sessions, on MSTeams, to invite colleagues to share their experiences with us in a safe and supportive space.
Session times are:
18th January 14:00 - 15:00
18th January 15:30 - 16:30
To help health and care services improve the work experience for all our staff, the network is interested to hear from a diverse range of colleagues, and the information shared in these sessions will be hugely important in enabling the Network to improve the experience for all.
Due to the small number of spaces available, places will offered on a first come first served basis, however, we are planning to hold similar sessions throughout 2022.
No information shared in the sessions will be attributed to individuals.
