The Staff Equalities Network would like to say a BIG thank you to everyone that has attended meetings and contributed to activities during 2021.

The Network was formed in April 21 and was commissioned by Tom Power, Director of People and Culture to facilitate development in areas of equality and inclusion for staff working in health and care

  • Key partner in ensuring voice of diversity at heart of NHSG 2021-25 Strategy

  • Develop links with key staff groups and projects
  • Launch of Grampian's Empowered Multicultural staff (GEMs Group)
  • Soft launch of new website

  • Supported and empowered by senior leadership
